Workout from home or on the go with Live Virtual Strength Training Sessions

Get stronger and build results without adding another commute to your already packed schedule. Grab a mat and some bands or dumbbells, and join live training sessions on Mon/Wed/Fri evenings. Every workout builds on the last with progressive programming designed to help you get stronger, improve your form, and stay consistent.

Get Outdoors and Unleash Your Inner Athlete in Grit Bootcamps

Join us outside in South Philly for this team-inspired training session that feels like you're back at field practice. Using bodyweight, bands, sprints, and partner drills, these sessions will challenge you and build conditioning, speed, and strength while keeping things fun and scalable for any level.

Group personal training bridges the gap between large group classes and 1-on-1 training. Both my virtual and outdoor session are capped at smaller sizes so you get coaching that’s personal and workouts that can be tailored to your needs — with the support of training alongside others.

Every session is part of a larger program built around strength, conditioning, and movement quality. That means no guessing, no gimmicks, and no random “workout of the day.” You’ll follow a progressive plan designed for real results — and you can track your workouts or repeat them on your own through our training app.

Structured Warm Up

Not your average ankle circles and a light jog. Every session opens with an intentional warm up broken into Mobility, Activation, and Movement Prep, designed specifically around that day's workout. Your body needs a little extra greasing before you ask it to work hard.

2-3 Hard Training Blocks

The meat of the session. Timed, purposeful blocks using supersets and circuits — either rep-based at your own pace or timed intervals depending on the program focus. Hard work, but with a purpose.

Real Coaching Throughout

This isn't "follow along and keep up." I'm actively coaching every rep — cueing form, explaining the why, and giving real feedback. Big difference between a coach and a cheerleader.

End of session cooldown and recap

Every session closes with a check-in — how you're feeling, questions, what's coming up next, and any updates on upcoming events or programs.

Training alongside others creates motivation, energy, and accountability that’s hard to find on your own.  Beyond the workouts, clients get access to our private community board to share wins and look for support, plus monthly local hangouts and annual group retreats to help everyone stay connected and keep moving forward together.
