My 1-on-1 coaching programs have three different delivery options and we'll pick the one (or combination) that fits your lifestyle best:
In-Home Coaching - I come to you with what we need or utilize equipment you already have.
In-Gym Coaching – For those that live in South Philly and want that full gym experience with lots of equipment and machines, meet with me at Fitness Works.
Virtual Coaching Over Zoom - Get your coaching sessions anywhere - in your home gym, on the road, or in another state.
And for folks with really tight schedules, all coaching programs have 60 or 30 minute session options.
