Class offerings
Virtual fitness class using dumbbells, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises to build strength and conditioning.
45 minutes of foundational boxing/kickboxing movements mixed with bodyweight exercises to help you bring out your inner fighter. Gloves and bags are not needed, but if you have them, get ready to throw down.
This class is all about speed, quickness, and agility. We'll bring the ladders, cones, and jump ropes to keep you moving like your favorite athlete. All you need to bring is you!
