No more getting lost in big classes

We know how easy it is to fall behind in a big group fitness class. Not sure if you're doing the exercise correctly or even doing the right exercise. We keep our Team Training Session sizes small so you can still get Individual attention of a personal trainer who makes sure you stay on track towards your goals.

Pre-designed Programming

You wont just get a random workout in our sessions. The entire training team follows intentionally designed programming built for specific goals like building strength, power, or cardiovascular endurance. You can even follow the program on your own in our Ground Up Training app outside of sessions.
