Virtual fitness session focusing on increasing cardiovascular and muscular endurance, as well as overall power and speed. Through progressive movement patterns we work on teaching you how to ignite your entire central nervous system to generate explosive power while increasing your cardiovascular threshold. In these sessions we tend to use: - Foam rollers (or other tissue mobilization tools) - Dumbbells - Power bands - Resistance bands - Mini bands - High impact plyometric exercises - Bodyweight cardiovascular exercises Modifications can be given for most exercises for those without equipment and with joint impact limitations.
