Service Description
Virtual fitness session focusing on increasing muscular, bone, and joint strength using foundational movement patterns and specific adaption principles. In these sessions we tend to use: - Foam rollers (or other tissue mobilization tools) - Dumbbells - Power bands - Resistance bands - Mini bands Modifications can be given for most exercises for those without equipment.
