Service Description
This is a general movement session to be used as a recovery day during hard training weeks, using bodyweight exercises and dynamic stretches to help promote blood flow, reduce soreness, and increase mobility.
Cancellation Policy
All sessions are by appointment only. Once you book a time slot, that time is reserved just for you. Cancellations or reschedules require at least 12 hours' notice. This allows us to adjust the schedule and offer the time to someone else. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the session — or no-shows — will result in the session being forfeited and counted as used. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule and it's outside the 12-hour window, you're welcome to do so using the scheduling system or by contacting your coach directly. Sessions must be rescheduled within the same billing period and are subject to availability. Lateness: If you're late, sessions will still end at the originally scheduled time. If you're more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session may be considered a no-show. Emergencies: We understand that life happens. Exceptions to this policy may be made on a case-by-case basis for emergencies or unavoidable conflicts — just communicate as early as possible. Virtual Sessions: Please be ready on time with a safe space to move and your device connected. A missed virtual session follows the same cancellation rules as in-person sessions. By booking a session, you agree to this policy and acknowledge that consistent communication helps ensure the best coaching experience for everyone.
