Come learn the fundamentals of strength training in an exciting, 90-minute session that's both educational and a great workout. This workout is FREE for everyone, so make sure to invite your favorite workout buddy! Afterward, we'll all head out and treat ourselves to a well-deserved brunch at a nearby spot. Get ready to sweat, learn, and have a blast!
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your reservation for the "Buddy and Bunch Workout: Strength 101," please do so at least 2 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your spot to others in the waitlist who are eager to join the fun. Late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to participate in future sessions.
